1) yarn over	2) insert under top two loops of next stitch and yo	3) pull through (3 loops on hook)
4) Do NOT yo over again. Just pull through the first loop on hook. (2 loops rem on hk) Note: You can do these two steps in one motion. In other words steps 3 and 4 could read: yo and pull through st and first loop on hook, 2 loops remaining	5) yo	6) Pull through both loops on hook Herringbone hdc complete Note that the stitches beside the herringbone are double crochets, not Hhdcs
